Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the availability of the items and the destination:

  • Lubumbashi : 1 to 3 business days

  • Other cities in the DRC : 3 to 7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to receive tracking information depending on the delivery method used.

Delivery problems

In case of delay, damaged or non-receipt of package, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
